Digital fasting is – similar to real fasting – a double-edged sword. It can help interrupt digital habits faster than slowly reducing them in everyday life. At the same time, research shows quite clearly: Simply putting devices away doesn't solve the problem. Without structure and without meaningful alternatives, a detox can even be counterproductive, such as when emptiness arises and one feels isolated. That's exactly why we offer structured retreats.
Based on current research, we accompany participants over several days with theoretical and advisory impulses, meditation and movement offerings (yoga, Pilates, hiking, jogging) as well as analog activity opportunities in a calm atmosphere.
The offering is intended as support, not as a mandatory program. Each participating person uses the offerings as it fits for them. The retreats take place in groups of 8–12 participants and are accompanied by 2–3 professionals and sports instructors. The venues are deliberately located in a natural environment to reduce external stimuli and create space for inner experience.
The next retreat will be announced shortly.
