Hobby Counseling

When you no longer know what brings you joy

Many people today know very well what they no longer want.
Fewer appointments. Less scrolling. Less exhaustion.

What is often lost in the process is something else: the question of what actually does you good, gives energy or brings real joy. Not for lack of possibilities – but from overwhelm.

Non-binding – together we clarify whether and how counseling makes sense.

Why hobby counseling makes sense today

Many people hardly engage themselves anymore – they are being engaged. Screens fill time, distract and often overlay what used to come from within: curiosity, movement, creativity, social activities.

At the same time, the range of possibilities is huge. Paradoxically, this makes getting started difficult.

Sometimes one speaks in this context of anhedonia – the feeling of no longer experiencing joy in things. This is often simply a sign that one’s own interests have not had space for a long time.

The problem is not lack of motivation – but lack of orientation.

What hobby counseling at BewusstDigital means

Hobby counseling at BewusstDigital is structured, realistic and practical coaching.

The focus is on:

  • Your interests and strengths
  • Your temporal, financial and physical framework conditions
  • Your current life situation

A central point here: We are happy to take over the pre-selection of possible hobbies for you. This creates orientation without new overwhelm.

How hobby counseling works concretely

1. First conversation
Together we clarify what interests you, what used to bring joy –
and what is currently possible.

2. Pre-selection
On this basis, we compile a manageable selection of suitable activities.

3. Deepening & decision
Together we take a closer look: What really fits? What feels realistic? This results in concrete next steps.

4. Support (optional)
On request, we support the start – for example, in finding a course
or also at the first appointments.

It’s about trying things out, not about following through. If the first hobby doesn’t fit, we search together further.

Who hobby counseling makes sense for

Hobby counseling is aimed at people in different situations, for example:

  • Teenagers who no longer have their own ideas besides screen time
  • Adults in transition phases, after upheavals or exhaustion
  • People who work a lot and notice that something is missing

Basically, however, anyone is welcome who would like to be accompanied in their hobby search.

Connection with digital use

Our hobby counseling is not a counter-program to the digital world, but creates complementary alternatives.

It can be booked independently, but also complements digital guidance meaningfully.
